Graham Farish introduced their N gauge Mk3 coach range between 1981 and 1990, the first ones being introduced at the came time as the Class 43 in order to form HST sets. Of the models reviewed here, the TS dates from 1981 and the TGS from 1990. The Mk3s were amongst the first models to be reintroduced by Bachmann after taking over the company.

Both the current models are in Arriva Cross Country pale grey livery and have been released at the same time as the Class 43 in the same colour scheme. The TS trailer 2nd (374-331) is numbered 42378 and the TGS (374-405) carries the number 44052.
