Bachmann 'Western Rambler' Train Set 30-050Western Rambler Train Setbox lid.jpg (35402 bytes)

The 'Western Rambler' train set is geared to an older age group and is DC contolled, as opposed to DCC. The locomotive is the former Mainline Collett Goods 0-6-0, which was much retooled by Bachmann in the early 1990s. Here we have it looking smart in late BR lined green livery and bearing the number 2244 on its cabsides. It is fitted with an 8-pin DCC decoder socket. It has two Collett coaches in BR maroon livery but without coach decals. These are a corridor 3rd numbered W510W and a corridor brake 3rd numbered W1655W. The set comes with an oval of (Kader) track and a short siding and buffer stop. There are also an AC mains wall transformer and a DC controller.
