The JGA TOPS code covers a number of large bogie hopper wagons of different designs. The model is based on wagons built by Tatrastroj Poprad of Slovakia in the mid to late 1990s and the sample under review is in Tarmac livery and carrying NACCO branding. The wagon (37-328C) is numbered 19170
