These are a new design of tank for the transportation of cement. They were built in 2007 by VTG Feldbinder in Germany and Bachmann have modelled them in both 4mm and 2mm scales. The model is a VTG vehicle on hire to Lafarge and carries the number VTG12434. The livery is silver and the printing black and green. The detail on this model is superb and so unexpected in a model of such small scale. It pushes even further the boundaries of N gauge, throwing down the gauntlet to others to follow.
