More Hornby Mk3 Coaches
The current scale length Hornby BR Mk3 coaches date from 1999 and replaced the earlier short length ones of 1984. Since 1999 a considerable number have been made - certainly in excess of 120 different versions. They have also appeared in over 10 liveries. When first released, only three types were available - !st open, standard open and buffet car but in 2006, to these were added the former Lima trailer guard standard (TGS) and sleeping car.
Recent additions are: R4414 1st class coach in East Midlands livery as 41077 [G], R4416 TGS in East Midlands livery as 44047 [A] and R4376 TGS in Arriva Cross Country grey as 44021 [H].
