Hornby 6-wheeled Tank Wagon
The 6-wheel tank wagon started life as a Lima model but Hornby designed a new GWR style chassis for it. The Hornby model made its appearance in 2007, since when eleven versions of it have been released. Six wheels provided a steadier ride and reduced the likelihood of the milk ending up as cheese by the end of the journey. The current model (R6499) represents an ex-milk tanker which has been the victim of the local graffiti gang.
