The MFA wagons were created by cutting down MEA wagons to restrict the loads they could carry. They are found in engineers' trains. The Bachmann model was released in 2002, using the old MEA chassis of 1995. However, it was soon decided to start work on a new upgraded chassis for both models and this was first used on the MFA in 2004. The review model is black and part of the EWS fleet. It is numbered 391222.
