Graham Farish Mk2 Virgin TFO 374-750AGF Mk2 Virgin TFO .jpg (42030 bytes)

The BR Mk2 coaches date from 1984 and, as such, are 25 years old. Bachmann introduced improvements to the Graham Farish coach range soon after taking over the company but the Mk2s are still simple models when compared with the standard of new N gauge models from Bachmann today. The body moulding is clear plastic onto which the side and end detail is printed according to what type of coach it is to be, spaces being left for windows. There is no internal unit and the snap-fitted roof is a separate moulding which does vary according to the coach type. This review sample is finished in Virgin red and black livery as a TFO and carries the running number '3385'. It has the old style GF couplings.
