The Hornby RailRoad range of models was introduced last year to provide a less expensive alternative to those who were not worried about high detail and strict livery accuracy. It has been very successful and the range of models available has been much increased this year. Bright coloured models have always been popular with beginners and the Monobloc tank wagon has had many to offer. So, the choice of the orange RMC tank, first seen in the main range in 2004, was not surprising and it has now been transferred to the RailRoad series. It carries the 2004 running number RC10045.
