This is one of the finest examples of modern printing on models and represents a Class 156 DMU that operates on the Settle & Carlisle line. Northern Rail, who operate a sizeable fleet of these 'Super Sprinters', is part of Serco-Ned Railways and more of these liveries, promoting the area, are planned. The real DMU in this particular livery was unveiled in May 2007 and the colour scheme is based on the Northern mauve and white. Inside, it has Settle & Carlisle route maps laminated into the surface of the tables. The running number of the unit modelled is 156484.
