Harrisons (London) (1931) Ltd was based in Mark Lane, London EC5, along with many other coal merchants. The company, which started as J&C Harrison in 1881 and changed its name at least twice, supplied industry with coal. The wagon modelled was in use late in the life of the company and is thought to have been on long term hire. It carries the number 5038 which is thought to be the stock number of the hire company. The model has a grey body with white lettering, shaded black and is expected to soon be in the shops.
