What settlement would not be served by buses? Skaledale seems to be at the meeting point of three bus companies and so is well served. Buses visiting the town are:
R7033 Routemaster - Lincolnshire Roadline (green & cream) service 637 which terminates at Gasworks Road Station.
R7034 Regent - Skaledale & District Bus Co. (maroon & cream) service 28 terminating at Brickworks Gate.
R7035 Routemaster - United District Bus Co. (brown & cream) service 370 terminating at Aswell Road Station.
Are there clues here of models to come. Perhaps a brickworks and some bogie brick wagons. Certainly there is the opportunity now to tie in railway wagons with Skaledale businesses and road vehicles serving them.
