Hornby SR Maunsell Coaches
Perhaps Hornby's most successful range of coaches to date has been the Maunsell ones
designed for the Southern Railway and modelled last year. Now the second batch of these
models is starting to appear. These are the same as the ones we received last year but
carry different numbers. All received so far are in the same Southern Railway Maunsell
green as before and of the low window variety. 
The two new all-3rd coaches are numbered '2354' (R4297C) and '2355' (R4297D), the all-1sts are '7671' (R4298C) and '7672' (R4298D), while the composite 1st/3rd coaches are '5146' (R4299C) and '5150' (R4299D).
