Hornby Class N15 N15 BRb Sir Peleas R2622 2.JPG (45042 bytes)

It is amazing to think that there have already been 9 versions of the Class N15 released in one year. Originally it was intended for release in 2006 with four standard versions and one NRM limited edition. A further four versions were planned for 2007. However, a delay in the development process ment that the 2006 batches arrived in 2007 and although it had originally been intended to cancel the four 2007 models, so popular was the King Arthur that Hornby decided to follow up the initial batches with the four planned additional ones. Hence, nine models in one year.N15 BRb W Sir Ironside R2621 2.JPG (44262 bytes)

The latest two are 'Sir Ironside' (R2621) and 'Sir Pelleas' (R2622).

'Sir Ironside' has the 6-wheel tender and thus the shallower cab. It carries the number '30799' and is in a weathered BR green with early insignia. 'Sir Pelleas' has the more normal 8-wheel tender and is numbered '30778'. This also carries the early insignia but is in ex-works condition.
