Commissioned by 1E Promotional's distributor in the south of England, Dave Wills of Ramsgate, the second Kent wagon is in the form of 'J.T. Collins & Sons Ltd' of Rochester (RM2) and is now available. Joining it in the 1E Promotionals Oxfordshire series, is a wagon in the colours of 'C.Ball', coal merchants of Chinnor (OX7).

The 'Collins' wagon is black and lettered in white. It carries the fleet number '35'. The 'Ball' 7-plank is bright red and lettered in white shaded black. Metalwork is also picked out in black and the wagon is No.1 in the company's fleet.

Two more 7-plank open wagons available from 1E Promotionals are 'Jeayes Kasner & Co.' of Bushey (WD4) and 'H.Devereux & Son' of Aylesbury (BY8). The 'Kasner' wagon is red-brown with the lettering in white shaded black. It is numbered '121'. The 'Devereux' wagon is grey and lettered also in white shaded black. It has black metalwork and carries the number '1'.

200 'Collins' and 150 other three wagons were produced for 1E Promotionals by Dapol, with each having an individually numbered illustrated certificate.
