Hornby Lyddle End Terminus Station LE Terminal Station Buildings.jpg (17980 bytes)

Three pieces make up the station buildings. The main building is N8713 and the two side wings (offices) come as a pair as N8714. On the centre building, the first storey is built out over a copious porch and supported on pillars to create a large sheltered area in front of the main entrance door from the road. On the platform side of the building a canopy stretches out over part of the platform. The building is in an orange brick with corner stone decoration and sash windows. The roof is of a pale grey tile and the guttering and downpipes are black.

The two wings are of a matching style and are designed to abut the main building. Arched windows add to the charm of all three buildings. As with most of the Lyddle End range, the buildings are cast in resin and neatly hand-painted. The windows are clear plastic with the glazing bars printed on.
