Based on the Mainline Railways 12T tank wagon of 1976, this model was tooled in Hong Kong in 1991 and passed to Hornby in 1996. This silver tank Esso version was first released last year with a different number. On this second batch the running number is '3085' and this also appears on the ends of the tank. Lettering is in black and the solebars are red. The colour scheme suggests post World War 2.
