This is a fully updated version of Ian Morton's original book which proved to be a best-seller in the model railway world. The arrival of DCC has been one of the most significant changes experienced by modellers in recent years, changing as it does, the way we operate trains. The book covers what DCC is, how to convert to it, base stations, boosters and cabs, decoders; wiring and connecting up for first use. There is also a troubleshooting guide, a glossary of terms and a guide to manufacturers, retailers and equipment. The only criticism I have is the quality of the photographs, many of which are not up to the standard we expect in books today.
