While steam locomotives have been 'done to death' there has long been a need for a range of reference books on diesels. True, there are plenty of diesel books around but few set out to identify and explain the structural detail differences between members of a class. When they do, it is often deep in the text and takes time finding it. Here we have a quick to use book which allows you to go straight to the topic of interest to you and quickly find the answer.
