This book is very well timed. With the present fast progression to DCC operation of model railways in Britain there was a need for expert advice beyond that currently provided in the model railway magazines. The book looks at what DCC is and how you can convert to it. It deals with base stations, boosters, cabs, locomotive and accessory decoders, wiring, configuring and advanced use. There is a glossary of terms for the uninitiated, a trouble shooting guide and a list of manufacturers and suppliers.
We were pleased to note that this is the first title in a brand new series for modellers working in different areas of interest.
