19 x 2 car and 4x3 car units were built between 1893 and 1895. A number of vehicles were rebuilt between 1902 and 1903. 10 units were extensively rebuilt from wooden bodies to aluminium between 1947 and 1955. The first was withdrawn in 1901 following an accident and the last in 1957. Three vehicles have been preserved
