3 locomotives were built in May 1866. The class were rebuilt by the GWR at Swindon Works after 1922. The first was withdrawn in 1929 and the last in April 1948

Hunslet

1 locomotive was built in 1903 for the Lambourne Valley Railway before being sold to The Cambrian Railway in 1904 where it became No. 24. The Lambourne Valley Line was purchased by the GWR in 1905. The locomotive became GWR No. 819 after the Cambrian Railway was absorbed by the GWR in 1922. The locomotive was withdrawn in April 1946

13 locomotives were built between December 1861 and May 1865. A further 9 locomotives were purchased between June 1872 and September 1875. Most were rebuilt with full cabs and 6 wheel tenders but those that were not were withdrawn in 1899. The last was withdrawn in November 1947
